Used a base for visiting friends
Lovely location
Getting a bit over priced as we never use the spa. Our room was a bit dated, lack of tea, coffee facilities, our towels and bathroom house coats we paid extra for as a bit of luxury were well used so much so we didn’t use them, certainly not worth the extra £15. We didn’t have house keeping during our stay which I’d expect at £270 for 2 nights and an extra £70 for breakfast made it very expensive.

Perfect way to break up a long journey
The spa is lovely, first thing in the morning when it is super quiet. Breakfast was great.
Our room had very harsh hospital style lighting, not terribly relaxing.

I have been a customer of Bright & Beautiful for the last few months, the are amazing. Jayne & Chris manage run the service they are so lovely to deal with, all the girls who pick up & drop of my washing are amazing. I have a small Beauty & holistic therapy business. The washing was getting to much for me, my towels are all so soft. My customers love them. They are so good at arranging pick up & drop off times for me as I have to keep the door locked in between customers. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I’m so happy with the service 😍. Thank you Jayne & Chris & the ladies 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Just had some blinds fitted this morning and am made up with them! Mike who came to do the measurements was very helpful, professional and thorough. Aaron and Lee who fitted the blinds did a fantastic job and again explained everything, and left my home clean and tidy. The people I've spoken to on the phone have also been very helpful. I came to harmony after losing my deposit with a different blind company. I wish I'd come to harmony in the first place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use again in future!

A beautiful location for a place to chill and relax at leisure
The location of the hotel was fantastic and the views utterly beautiful. The room was comfortable enough as we took a standard double. The amenities around the hotel were very good and was all well laid out.
I was dissapointed with a few points. For being a higher end hotel this should really been taken better care of; * the room dressing table was cluttered and was a little harder to get ready. A side table for the coffee would have been better * The breakfast was the most disappointing. The portions were small and the food was undercooked * This lead to the following which was the staff were pleasant enough, some more than others but they were completely and utterly uninterested. They were not welcoming and we were treated no better than getting a coffee from starbucks. I chose the location and hotel because i was looking for a little luxury along the way of my trip but did not get the welcome or stay i was hoping to get.

Average and a little over priced
Poor spa ,very run down changing facilities, tiles fallen off in pool areas mold on tiles in infinity pool ,steam room smelled awful ,men using camera in pool area even though notices say no filming
