Laura Holt was my sales person and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kept me up to date on where the car was in the process of being made to arriving at the showroom and she made sure that I was happy with everything and the handover of the car was amazing too. All the little extra details such as presentation box for the spare key, bottle of wine and the car being revealed from under a cloth cover. Can’t ask for any more.

The processes from start to finish has been excellent. Alex is so helpful with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and I was kept well informed regarding delivery dates.
This is the second car I have had from Lexus Bolton and the second time I have had Alex as my sales person. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
