I just need to say that Alisha, Connor, Sam and Ollie were working the bar behind reception and they have honestly been the best group I’ve had. They joined in and made sure that we enjoyed our stay there. They were more than just employees. They were honestly the best bartenders we could’ve had. I always stay here when visiting family. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Excellent breakfast, and tasty food from the bar and restaurant menu. Duty Manager Dipak and team are welcoming and attentive.

Special mention goes for Irene at the bar whos service was first class, she really did go above and beyond looking after me and my family. She was friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, if only more hotels had more Irenes! 🙂

Very helpfull staff, very nice manager "Dipak" , was attentive, spoke to visitors checked all food was good. Good breakfast. Rooms were good ,tea and coffee fine.

Beautiful, clean room. Larger than expected and well finished. Breakfast was extensive and frequently replenished so foods were hot and fresh. Alpesh was so cheerful and helpful and made sure we knew what the vegetarian options were as well as asking for and delivering veggie sausages from the kitchen for us.
