Amazing loccation, staff, food & room, we will deffo be back
The great service by the staff, and the food was exellent
The windows was open when we arrived at our room and in Novemeber it was pretty cold

Very good welcoming staff. Good facilities and convenient for Bolton
Nothing much, perhaps bathrooms a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. Overall standard of accommodation was however high.

Great room, disappointing view.
Room was clean, warm and comfortable
I paid extra for a "pitch view" room and while the view was great... half of my window was blocked by the scoreboard. Which was disappointing.
