Good gym but short of some equipment. Not many standard exercise bikes which i use in the morning for cardio. Gets busy in the early evening when i return for weight training but generally with a bit of patience there is plenty of chance to train as required

Some good quality equipment.
The power racks are junk though. If you're tall, you're not gonna be able to overhead press in them because there's a stupid pullup bar joining the two racks, blocking the bumper plates.
Also, not enough bumper plates. There's 4 blue plates in the whole gym as far as I can see.
If those issues were addressed, it would be 5/5 for me.

I must commend the gym group staff for an amazing job of cleaning and sanitising. I was hesitant at first but once there I settled quickly after observing how hard working the staff's are in ensuring our safety definitely a 5 star.

Great location plenty of parking staff are very helpful only problem is not many cleaning the equipment after use and no staff say anything about this so my recommendation is you clean it before use.

I've loved this gym since it opened. The value for money is the best around. You can't get on a spin bike in any gym without a waiting list, yet I use on the interactive bike every time I want to. The company have been very kind and suspended memberships during covid 19. I'm looking to move house but have decided to stay in this area so it's not too far to travel to the gym as I really don't want to move ha.
