I’ve always been anxious when it come to gyms, but it’s so warm and welcoming, friendly staff and super clean! Never thought I’d feel comfortable in them gym!

I've been going to the gym group for just under a year now and what can you not like about the place excellent choice of equipment classes you can attend open 24 hour and staff always on hand to help you with your needs .great shower facilities . The pt trainers are fantastic too .you can see who can help you by looking at their bios. They give you an induction to see if you like it .I've been with Julia bottomley since she started and that was my start to gym never looked back .great prices for membership for all you get and pt prices are great too .never want to look at another gym . I'm happy hear massive 5 star from me

Big shout out too Chantelle, you’ve been my rock & inspiration these past 2 months, you’ve seen me at my worse & slowly you are helping to create a new me. I can’t praise this young lady enough, her commitment too her clients are second to none, she is professional & very knowledgeable in her field of work. My sessions are now part of my new weekly routine which I love & look forward to. The Gym is a friendly environment to work out in with good equipment & classes, you will go a long way to find a better Gym & trainers to work with 10/10 from me !!

ive been a member of the gym for a number of years but didnt start coming regularly until i joined a bootcamp in October 2021 run by Chantelle. i had so much fun during the bootcamp, i started having personal training sessions with chantelle and my training sessions have become a highlight of my week. Chantelle is inspirational, professional, knowledgeable and always has the biggest smile on her face, you just cant help but smile back! she has become a good friend just as much as a PT, and has helped me through a particularly tough few months and supported me on both on a training level and personal level. Chantelle, you're the best!
all of the staff at the gym are friendly and helpful, theres plenty of equipment and its handy the gym is open 24/7. the gym is very clean and the classes are great. my one criticism would be i wish the classes was rotated a bit more, theres some great classes in the mornings which dont seem to be repeated in the evenings which is a shame for people who cant attend morning classes.

I was very anxious about going to the gym, but my experience couldn’t have been more amazing! My PT Jules but me at ease instantly! She has been catering programmes according to my needs, to hit my own personal goals. She goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable but also achieving the best of my ability. The gym itself is always clean and tidy. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, I have no problem approaching them if I need any assistance and guidance. Overall a great gym!

The leg press has been out of order for a week upstairs bolton I think the gym is good but need new equipment esp now the prices are increasing it could be better as it can be intimidating working downstairs in the had weight area where all men are
