Great service from ADK Law, First time buyer. Tom explained each bit of the process really well, They found out the second day after we put the offer in that it had been marketed as a freehold when it was actually leasehold. very responsive to emails. Will call to go through any concerns. we felt at the very end Tom and William went out their way to get us exchanged as quickly as possible and it was the sellers solicitors that was the hold up.

26/09/2022- ADK emailed to say awaiting draft contract etc
12/10/2022- Title deeds and documents received from ADK
Queries in the middle, bank valuation issue (back and forth with estate agent) ADK gave us advise on this.
05/12/2022- Exchange of contracts- collected keys.
