Comfy bed but left disappointed
Comfy bed, good size room. Friendly staff
Bedroom was in need of a refresh, it looked tired. Dusty in room. Remote control not working, informed reception told they would fix it but didn't. Not enough tea for two people. Noise in room above for half the night. No cranberry juice ...they had run out.

Super stay, super friendly go the extra mile staff and a great bar.
Everything needed was in the room except USB sockets in plugs.
No plug sockets at all either side of the bed.

GOOD EXCEPT FOR LUKEWARM SHOWER
Room was clean and bed was comfortable .breakfast buffet was good;
water in shower was LUKEWARM in the evenings.rooms could do with updating.
