On arrival at the hotel, the car park was very full as there was 2 weddings on we were told – fortunately I managed to find a space on the overflow car park a distance away.
14 of us were here for a hen party. We checked in and were allocated our rooms. Some rooms were in the main building and some in the Spa annex.
Fortunately it was a very sunny day, so we stayed out in the grounds for the afternoon, having drinks and playing games – some of the girls used the spa facilities later in the day.
We had booked the dinner, bed and breakfast package and were asked to pre-order our evening meal ( two courses are included in the price) but that wasn’t a problem and the meal was very nice.
After the meal it was difficult to find anywhere to accommodate all of us together – the pub in the grounds, only outside seating but it was too cold to stay out.
Luckily, we found a side room, near reception and we stayed in there, playing more games and having drinks.
Breakfast next morning was the usual fare, nothing exciting and check out straight forward.
An enjoyable stay.

Just got married here it was absolutely beautiful. The day was perfect all thanks to liz she was amazing with the planning. We couldn't of picked a better venue it was stunning and the service was outstanding.

amazing location with very helpful staff and great facilities. Don’t bother eating at the bar unless you like overpriced
the facilities were great - really loved the thermal hydrotherapy pool
the fire alarm went off just as I was drifting off to sleep finally - apparently it was set off by another guest who had showered with their door open upstairs. maybe stronger fans in the bathroom would help. The food in the bar was overpriced and very bland

I've just had my whole house fitted with blinds from harmony, and I have to say the service was excellent - up there with the best I have ever received. We were kept well informed all throughout the process, we got texts to confirm our appointment times which was very useful, we were really looked after by the guy who came to measure. He spent ages talking to us about the benefits of each blind type (there's loads to choose from!) and then we were advised on an exact time that our blinds were to be fitted. They were punctual and professional during fitting too. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product, our new blinds are beautiful. Thank you Harmony, we will definitely be recommending people to you

Monday afternoon 4pm I had swapped the battery in my van key fob, and then it wouldn't work! Started phoning local 24hr locksmiths to no avail until I reached Bolton Lock Company.
