House keeping needs improvement.
Spa facilities and well kept gardens.
Room number 2, if housekeeping could check on the cleanliness eg skirting boards filthy, shower grouting needs a good wash down as in places not white.

Staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a great size and was extremely comfortable, would definitely stay again :)
The car parking situation was a bit confusing and unclear upon arrival - figured it out eventually but the initial was a bit unclear

Myself and my partner Eddy stayed at the hotel Saturday (30th April) -Monday (2nd May).
We stayed at the hotel over the bank holiday weekend, really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the hotel, and particularly the staff, who were very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. Jan welcomed us to the hotel, and was so lovely and helpful. We were also really impressed to receive a phone call checking that we were happy with the room. We were really delighted and grateful that our room was upgraded, the executive room was fantastic, very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We also really enjoyed the use of the relaxing spa facilities. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service once again top notch. It was a really special treat for us to be able to stay at your beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay, so I just wanted to say thank you so much to you all.

Fantastic stay, nice spa hotel, a good price as you get access to the pool in with the price.
Yolanda (hope it spelt correct) and Anna on reception very professional and I even got a upgrade from twin room to a double đ.
Breakfast is usually buffet fantastic selection.
Think I have found my hotel for work around the area.

We are staying here as I am working in Bolton and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. It is strange being located in the middle of a housing estate but once you get past that it is all good. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very helpful. A special mention for the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff were superb, friendly, courteous and professional.
The room is spacious, clean and the bed is super comfortable.
The spa is good but I have seen better but that said, we enjoyed our time in the spa so no real complaints.
All things considered, we would definitely recommend this establishment.

The weather wasnât warm and reflected in the comfort of the hotel where it was very chilly in the public areas. It was also a busy weekend and we couldnât find any room to sit and have a drink so we had to go to our rooms. Staff were very nice but they couldnât help with the heating. It's a good wedding & party hotel but wouldnât stay there for a relaxing weekend. Our rooms were very nice, big and very clean but no housekeeping in the room, not sure if that's the norm these days.
