Brilliant birthday present staff very helpful got up

The room smelled bad when we got in. We had to pen the windows and spray perfume around. Not much variety in the restaurant. Coffee was lukewarm at breakfast, had to ask for another one. The bed however was very comfortable

A great hotel but the room was outdated and too small for a family of 4. Room service was advertised but we couldn’t get through to anyone. We also ate dinner one night and the kofta dish was the most awful thing I’ve ever seen or tasted.

If you are thinking of staying at this hotel .. DO IT! From start to finish we had the best stay. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The food was divine! The spa is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were perfect. 5 star experience! Great value for money too!

Sushma came to Smithills School recently to work with our students on a Social Enterprise day, 'Re-thinking Food' She was truly inspirational. Sushma has an amazing character, is so enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and helping others. Amazing food cooked and prepared for our students and staff. We have some fantastic recipe ideas and will be trying them out ourselves very soon. Thank you for all your support and encouragement. We look forward to working with you again and sampling more of your amazing food!!

First time at Lexus Bolton. Very warm welcome on arrival. All paperwork prepared in advance making a smooth handover of my vehicle. A two hour wait, but was able to work with WiFi and kept topped up with coffee. Excellent service by the team. Car felt like new after service and MOT. Thank you Lexus Bolton.

My husband and I really enjoyed our overnight visit to Last DropVillage. Everything was as we expected it would be. Friendly staff, clean room and good spa facilities. Our only observation is that the portion sizes are quite small for the prices paid. Highly recommended however.

The spa Village is good but ruined by new build
Poor quality overpriced breakfasts, limited dinner menu which again overpriced, rooms are dated and dirty. Spa hydropool looks into people's houses.
