Absolutely fantastic, phoned early morning. Very helpful and thoughtful during the call, really reassuring. Dave the engineer arrived on time... What other company gives you a time! Amazing... The door lock was problematic due to the age, no problem for Dave, popped to the office for a replacement lock, explained everything to me, again, incredibly reassuring. Thank you to all, you're a breath of fresh air.. Keep doing what you do so well x

Lexus Bolton is “the” place to get your new and used Lexus.Ive had many cars over many years and had good & not so good experiences.I’ve even worked for a car dealership back in the day.I am a disabled driver using the motability scheme and my car needed an adaptation an added difficulty for the salesperson.Introducing Laura or Laura Lexus as she appears in my contacts.Laura has gone above and beyond I mean all the staff were very welcoming but Laura is exceptional she has kept in touch throughout the adaptation nothing is too much trouble.I find it difficult to change to a new make of car but Laura has made little videos and sent them to me to as memory aids which is so helpful.The Motabilityscheme at Lexus is amazing I now have a beautiful luxury car to enjoy.Thankyou Lexus Bolton 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
