Excellent service. Steve provided an immediate online quote for supply and fitting of a new composite door, upvc frame including a side window, and the replacement of a separate failed double glazed unit. I considered the quote to be very fair and Steve measured up the next day.
He kept me informed about the potential dates for installation and stuck to the agreed date.
On the day of installation, Steve and his assistant worked diligently and efficiently. I'm really pleased with the results and the excellent standard of finish.

The staff at Bright and Beautiful are lovely. Easy to communicate with and are always happy with a positive attitude towards their work. Usually arrive with two or three staff members to get the work done quickly yet keeping high standards but even if they are on their own, like Rebecca was today, they still keep their standards high, working efficiently.

Really pleased with the service provided. George was easy to deal with, very responsive to messages and came round to quote for our windows and door very quickly. The work was completed only a few weeks after we accepted the quote. The guys who turned up were polite and hard working, and even performed a minor repair to some trim for our elderly neighbour and wouldn’t take payment for this from her. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

The thing that makes this hotel are the staff. They are all lovely & helpful. The food was amazing too.
The room was clean & cosy. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, relaxing.
We had 2 treatments in the spa & also used the Thermal pool & saunas. Was really relaxed & happy with everything.
Would definitely go back, loved every bit of our stay.
