From my initial visit to take a first look at the NX350h through to taking delivery of that vehicle the service from Lexus Bolton was first class. There was no hard sell just a willingness to answer all questions and provide an insightful test drive. The negotiation of part exchange and order process was conducted in a professional and pleasant manner. On each visit I was greeted by an extremely pleasant receptionist and the handover conducted by Brooke was equally pleasant and professional as she spent as much time as I needed to feel confident driving away. All in all I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

Lexus has an outstanding reputation for good customer service but I still wasn’t expecting such a warm and friendly experience that I recently had at Bolton. Damian handled the sale for me but even when others answered the phone they all responded with obvious pride in working for Lexus and all offering to help not just passing on messages. They were all just so friendly and supportive of each other. Genuinely nice people and it was actually a pleasure meeting them all.
With this sort of team in place Damian and the others in Sales will be selling a lot of cars. Best Dealership I’ve ever dealt with in 40+ years.
