We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Especially Bruma on Reception. The room was clean , warm & equipped. With a comfortable bed! It was a great location for the party we were going to. Would use again.

Very friendly staff who really appeared to be interested in helping their guests. Rooms were a good size, breakfast lovely and just a short walk to the local nightlife. Special mention to Alpesh for whom nothing was too much.

The vendor wanted to move as quickly as possible and Jinni was more that happy to accommodate this where possible. We had the whole process done in 6 weeks!! I would recommend ADK to anyone.

After the disaster trying to fight to get the battery replaced under warranty, Lexus Bolton have helped to get the parts and labour reduced significantly however it’s still a lot of money compared to free if it was under warranty. As advised to the managers at Lexus Bolton, there are areas for improvement in terms of customer service especially at this brand level. Not a very happy outcome but job has been done, rectified and lesson learnt. I would be very careful in the future, not to blindly rely and believe on service advisors.
