My wife and I popped in for brunch while we were out shopping. I had a croissant with salmon and Gouda - lovely. My wife had scrambled eggs on toast - lovely too. Fast service, but the thing that really made it was the incredibly friendly service. It was very busy (understandably) but neither the service nor the quality suffered in any way. Thoroughly recommended.

I initially reviewed this place on 27/08/18 and was disappointed by the under filled coffee cups. Returned today to find they have massively increased the seating capacity and has been refurbished to a really high standard. It's a really nice place that is clearly much loved by the owner and staff. Very clean, great service and they have corrected my earlier criticism about poorly filled coffee cups. Only had a drink but the food looked great with an excellent choice. Without doubt the best coffee house in Bolton. I wish the proprietor the best of luck especially in these troubled times.

Iv been to this cafe several times and I just can’t get enough! I am working outside of the U.K. but Bolton is my home and every time I come back this is seriously one of the first places I visit and one of the last just before I go away again. They do incredibly tasty food, amazing coffee and have a lovely atmosphere made even better by the wonderful staff. Thank you so much!!!

Been here a couple of times and each time I’ve received nothing short of good service...very friendly staff who can do their job well.
Shoutout to Courtney, very friendly and bubbly and she’s never failed to make me feel comfortable. Once it was prayer time and she even helped direct me to a suitable place whilst taking care of my order which was in store. Much appreciation, still haven’t forgotten. ❤️

This is easily one of the best cafes in Bolton! The coffee is great, the cakes deliscious and the staff are all wonderfully friendly. Also some great Italian touches - I'm yet to find affogato in another UK coffee shop!

Eat out to help out. Wednesday PM. Tuna toasty with salad and cup of tea. £3-72. Normal price £7-44. Sat outside under the canopy. Good staff / friendly / efficient. Tasty food. Everything clean. Toilets downstairs very clean. Room upstairs if required. I would go again. No traffic, pedestrianised.

Going to Amico Cafe is always pleasant, but recently the team, Anastasia, Saj, Courtney, Marie and Shannon have made thing even more welcoming by helping to accommodate a mobility scooter, driven by my father.
It’s not like a ‘Franchise’ coffee shop when you go there it’s more like visiting friends.
