The location was excellent as we were attending an event at the Stadium
Check-in was a nightmare rooms were not ready until nearly 5pm & we’d been travelling from 4.30am. Breakfast was chaos. Coffee machines not working or extremely slow . No milk for cereal. Lack of selection of pastries Cleaning beer lines for 4 hours in the middle of the day when the hotel is fully booked leaving no draft available and then running out of certain drinks.

I am new to ‘house keeping’ by others, having always done my own . However as I have go older I have found that somethings are becoming increasingly difficult .. for example , just changing my bed.
I have now found B& B and I have to say that I am delighted…., I have two ladies who visit me , and they are great. Lovely company , hard working , and completely trust worthy. Nothing is too much trouble for them , and they are always asking “ is that ok..,? is there anything else you want us to do…. ? Etc.
I think that to come home , and to find everything clean, and tidy , is a bonus, and I recommend the service that they provide . Geographically I am in the Bromsgrove group, and the manager is Rachel .
In my experience the values that I see with the team who come to me , are very much shared by Rachel , which I consider to be a bonus. All in all I am very happy with the service I have received,
