The. B&B team on Chandler’s Ford have been brilliant. They’ve really helped us out at a time when we were selling our house, it’s always lovely to come home to a clean and tidy home. Emma has been fab at comms and spot on at putting together a programme for us.

Sandra and the team at chandlers Ford are amazing. I have now been using them for years. I have a dog and hate cleaning so my house is a tip when they come and they whizz it into shape making it spotless before they head off. Not sure what I would do without them!!

Sandra and the B&B chandlers Ford team are amazing. I have been using them for nearly 10 years and I wouldn’t be without them. Emma leads the team for our house and I can’t give them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they are super women! We have two dogs and by the time Friday comes we are in desperate need of some magic which Emma and the team provide in pot fulls. Our house smells and looks beautiful after they have finished love the fact that many of the products are sustainable too.

Great work from Jenny and her team - (yet again) today! They always do a fantastic job and take the time to do all the little things that I am particular with (such as wiping the skirting and cleaning the light switches etc.) I appreciate their hard work and special efforts and would thoroughly recommend.

Always a fantastic clean. We leave the house in the morning looking a right state and come to a completely different house! It’s the little touches that make all the difference such as the children finding their teddies reading books.
Have used the company since 2016 and when we have had minor issues, they are always dealt with professionally and timely.

I’ve used Deborah and her Newcastle team for some time now. Honestly it’s fabulous coming home to an immaculate house that smells amazing. They do so much more than other cleaning companies including ironing and windows. The team of cleaners are always friendly and professional. I couldn’t be without them!

Overall good stay, lovely hotel friendly staff & nice food
We were a family group of 12 celebrating a birthday all had room /Breakfast & evening meal half of us booked the pool/Spa, liked that the Hotel is Dog friendly too. Staff were all friendly/Helpful & Reception very efficient.
We were moved from 2 different seating areas throughout the day/Evening as we were advised the area had been pre-booked or reserved, even though there were no notices of this when we 1st sat down (in the lounge area for Eg during the afternoon) Even though we were eating Lunch at the time, we were told that we would need to vacate in approx one hour as it was reserved from that time. Then in the evening inside the on-site pub ? we had all just got a drinks & sat in an area suitable for us to be seated all together, only to be told 15 minuets later that we would have to move to the other side of the Pub as the area we were in was reserved. I understand that this happens, but it would be more user friendly if when an area is reserved, you could put up a notice advising of this, rather than allowing people to get comfortable & then move them. Did not spoil our stay which was lovely, just a little annoyed that it happened twice in one day.
