The team is run by Carla who is just exceptional in every way! She makes certain that the team cover everything from the tiniest thing to the largest issue with ease! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always flexible and happy to go with the flow when dogs and children throw a spanner in the works. Cannot be happier with them

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Bolton in May 2023 and again in June. The purpose of my trip was to attend training at Emma Coates Aesthetic Training in Bolton in skincare. I would have given the rooms five star if there was air con. It was very warm and stuffy in the room, especially during the humid weather in June. The staff are friendly and the evening meals are decent.

We had read some good reports about Andy Booth and we were not disappointed. Prompt, clean, efficient and most important of all we felt that we could trust him. We got honest advise and when we got the bill we felt his charges reasonable.

I work night duty and main carer for mum. Following initial introduction to the team I felt a total weight off my shoulders. My fortnightly cleans were such a relief to me, with the girls becoming more like friends over the time they were with us. Absolutely nothing was a problem and how great it was to come into a home, cleaned thoroughly with only me doing the basic cleaning until the next visit. I hope to keep in contact for the odd deep clean in the future. Excellent communication with Deborah and those wonderful pink ladies.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and in a great location for town. I also really enjoyed the cooked breakfast as well.

Staff were pleasant but didn’t seem informed re bike storage or breakfast time on Iron
Breakfast was good plenty of choice.
The restaurant food was average. It was the same menu for lunch as it was for dinner in the evening. The menu didn’t change for the 3 nights we were there. We were told there was not a drinks menu as they had changed their products.
