Very welocoming staff. well presented and furnished room. Very comfortable stay.
Room was very nice, and very clean and well presented. Bed was very comy - pillows were really confy. blackout blinds were excellent.
main car park was full, wasnt aware of overflow car park until after finding offsite parking.

Jenny and her team from Bright & Beautiful Enfield are brilliant. Always arrive on time and clean the house to an excellent standard. Not only are they great cleaners, they are so lovely. Really friendly and always cheerful. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks ladies xx

Good cleaning standard and time spent. Initial cleans with up to 4 cleaners and later on 2 cleaners. Take an adequate amount of time to clean and clean thoroughly. Cleans are offered on a regular basis with secure keeping of keys. The cost for us was however too expensive and we felt we were paying too much for the clean. Payments are also in advance via direct debit which also did not suit us.

Very good
The spa has a thermal pool with an open air part which looks out not over a beautiful view, but over a car park, but it's still very nice . The hotel is very sprawling and unique. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was nice but a bit expensive. I'm glad we stayed here for the iron man weekend. Spa is good and included in room price.
