Rooms were okay (we only stayed for one night) and the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. But what really put me off during our breakfast was watching the service girl setting the tables around us for the lunch service. The tables were visibly dirty /sticky from breakfast service and she just placed the clean napkins and cutlery on the dirty tables. Not only that, but she touched the forks at the end rather at the handle when placing it. Clearly a lack of training, which unfortunately the breakfast lady also failed to pick up on.

Easy to find with underground and level parking
Didn't use, but leisure facilities on-site.
Staff were more than helpful and very pleasant. Room was very spacious and lovely and clean.
Very nice shower.
Dinner was enjoyable and the trust worthy holiday inn breakfast makes a good start to the day.
If your planning on having dinner and breakfast on-site pre buy the meal offer.

Nice experience, staff are welcoming and very polite. Breakfast was nice (standard) hotel is clean. I gave 4 stars because of the location, I didnāt feel entirely safe, there were a few intimidating people around the carpark watching vehicles and looked to be on drugs, (I appreciate thatās got nothing to do with the hotel, just the location) and finally another reason for only giving 4 stars is, I think itās over priced for Bolton, no disrespect, but thatās London prices, I thought up North would be cheaper.
But having said all that I do think itās a really nice hotel and staff are doing a great job.

Had a few hiccups with the room , which was sorted quickly and efficiently. Also a special mention to Ashley who couldn't have done more to help us shes an asset to the company would definitely use this hotel again when we are in the area.

Decent standard hotel. Offers a great, eat as much as you like, full English breakfast.
Rooms are reasonably well appointed with fairly comfy beds, although the duvets work a bit too efficiently for me. Friendly staff contribute to making it a pleasant stay.
Parking can sometimes be inadequate even though there are two car parks, one above ground and one underground.

The staff were so helpful and considerate, afternoon tea with scones, sandwiches and cakes was a lovely treat.
