The spa and the separate located rooms
No music in the bar, just constant football on the large TV, would be better with music channels or YouTube for a better atmosphere

Pool and spa
having to book time at the pool and spa cleanliness, there was a thick layer of dust in the bottom of the closet. no air conditioning £60 for breakfast for a family of four.

The facilities were excellent, everything you need in one place and very accommodating after a late concert keeping their bar open for the several guests that were arriving late after the show. All staff were lovely and very efficient. Will be back to enjoy their facilities better next time.

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and nice spa
The spa was much better than I expected: a good sized pool, great variety of rooms with different temperatures and humidities and a lovely thermal outdoor pool. The food was excellent and they catered for a gluten free diet with no problems. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and the bar were all excellent.

Bought a new car from Lexus Bolton and the service was fantastic. I had tried to buy through another Lexus branch but they didn’t return my calls so I bought through Lexus Bolton instead. John Farrington was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car. He was really friendly and helpful. As we live quite far from the centre, John helped arrange for our car to be delivered. Tim, the delivery driver, was great and really punctual. He gave us a one hour timeframe of when he would arrive and gave us the opportunity to have a look around the car before leaving. All in all, great service and I’m really pleased with my new car.
