I have been using Bright & Beautiful Worthing for over 4 years, and I cannot praise Carla and her team enough. My home is always beautifully clean, the products smell fabulous and are environmentally friendly. The joy of coming home to a clean home never diminishes, and the team always provide those extra touches that make it feel like a hotel experience; the towels are always neatly folded, kitchen roll and toilet paper folded, cushions plumped and placed just so. I know these may sound like small things, but it is the detail that sets Bright & Beautiful apart. Some would say paying to have your home cleaned is a luxury, but for me, it allows me to work full time safe in the knowledge my home is kept clean and tidy. Over the 4+ years I have used Bright & Beautiful, standards have never dipped, and it is wonderful to deal with a business that delivers exactly what it promises.

Lovely sunny couple of days which made the gardens look lovely. Room a little cold at night. Dining options good and food quality good. Room a little tired with damp patches on ceiling and carpet stained and worn which was supposed to be an upgrade (previous customer) so disappointed.

Laura was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Laura kept me informed regularly with updates on when I might expected my new car, her estimate was spot on at 6 months!
On the collection day Laura was due to collect me (from Doncaster) at 8.30am and drive me to pick up my car from Bolton. However there's was an issue with taxing it, which meant our best laid plans were all up in the air and I might not be able to collect it. Laura kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Once the car was taxed she moved all her day around to accommodate me and she sent a co-worker to collect me. Laura moved heaven and earth to help me and it was very much appreciated.
Laura is a wonderful, caring and professional young lady and it was MY pleasure to have dealt with her. If I could have given more stars I would!!

We were greeted at reception by a very friendly young lady. The hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. All staff we came across were very friendly. We were close to the shops, eateries and bars. I would say the only downside was the price of the drinks in the bar, just over £12 for two shorts.

Can’t fault the service. Everything went smooth as you can imagine without any hiccups when i purchased my new car last week. A big thanks for Chris, he was the best help. It was a busy week for me and the team over at fish worked around me, just a hassle-free experience.
