Lexus Bolton have a team of extremely professional and friendly staff, who go the extra mile to exceed your expectations. From initial contact to after sales follow up Laura (Holt) has been a pleasure to deal with. John (Farrington) ensured a smooth handover of vehicles, paperwork and switching cherished number plates to our new car. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura, John and all of their colleagues we came into contact with.
We were obviously wary as we were buying from 245 miles from Bolton. Laura ensured we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision, including a very detailed video of the car and a very comptitive part exchange valuation. On collection our new RX was presented immaculately thanks to their in-house valeting service. Martin's 245 mile trip home gave him the time to get fully accustomed to our new RX Takumi. Two weeks on and we are thrilled with our purchase. Thank you Lexus Bolton.

Professional and friendly, would absolutely recommend....we have also just had new windows at our new home and again excellent service and very reasonably priced for all new windows and a patio door, very clean and tidy as well, would highly recommend...

The location, facilities, staff, food was excellent. Really lovely and relaxing, just what we needed. Love the village vibe and the spa was great too.
The room was extremely hot even though the heating wasn't on. Slept with all 4 windows open and it was still sweltering. During the night we slept with no covers, literally sweating.

The gym equipment is not up to the standard of other local gyms. Unless there is a sharp turnaround in equipment, this will be my last month and I can say this is the same for a good few members I have spoken too. It’s a shame as the staff are superb and can’t do enough for you.
