The gym has jus had a refresh it’s always in top condition very clean the staff are always cleaning and tidying they are friendly I’ve been to other gyms as a free trial an this one is by far the best even the air con is the best of all gyms - I really enjoy coming to the gym the atmosphere is great everyone doing their own thing. Only thing I would say is the coloured bar weights need to be put back upstairs for us females wanting to do hip thrusts pls and closing to do refresh’s are they needed can they do this at night rather than closing the gym pls thanks

Farrah got the sale back on track, Iâm really thankful for how kind and understanding she was. We have just bought our first home and the service we received from Rifat Rehman was superb. She was excellent, she always responded promptly and she gave me some great advice when a few issues were flagged regarding the property. She was really patient with us and she was really down to earth. The process took just over 2 months which was took us by surprise, we were expecting the conveyancing to take much longer than this. I have recommended ADK and in particular Rifat to all of our family and friends.

ok for 1 night but no more staff are pleasant enough and the online check is good
room is small and dated bed was very Un comfy. Spa was ok but a little tired in places and overlooking the carpark from the hydro pool is not ideal. Generally hotel could do with a spruce up bot not a terrible stay.
The room was stuffy and window only opened slightly no air conditioning which I appreciate is impossible to install in some rooms but the room we stayed in was hot I wouldnt want to stay in it in summer.

I would like to give a shout out to Michael Bagguley who is extremely professional and his classes are enjoyable whilst still being challenging. He is great to watch for tips on technique. He is motivational and always supportive.
