First time in a great place
Great customer service and excellent facilities. We are definitely going to visit again.
There is nothing we didn't like here. We had to wait a bit to get into our room as the card wasn't working on the door, but the staff moved us into a much better and expensive room to compensate for that.

loved the setting the spa and pool. especially the thermal spa as it was snowing in the open air. Had a face and head massage brilliant xx
the toilet in the bathroom too close to the toilet roll holders. no pressure on cold tap on sink furnishings tired could do with a lot of modernisation

I opted to have a deep clean of a house which my family and I are moving into. Our local franchise boss is Alison. She’s very helpful and accommodating and came up with a good solution to fit a deep clean in before we moved.
Now for some feedback on the clean.
Overall the staff are very friendly and do a good job and they make a dirty and neglected (as far as cleanliness goes) house into a home.
The oven was cleaned brilliantly, far better than I could do myself! That’s probably the biggest and most difficult job in the house so really well done there.
There were a few points which were missed-the tops of the doors and shower frame at the top and one built in unit. Also
I did ask someone to return to get rid of a bit of scale which wasn’t in a super obvious place and they were happy to oblige. All in a very good service which just missed out on being excellent but for those finer details. It is expensive for a full house clean and that’s why my expectations were high.

Wow ! This is an impressive and super professional team. Punctual, cheerful and polite. I was amazed by the attention to detail, the thoroughness of the jobs done, and their speed. My kitchen has never been so clean before. My living room looks fantastic and everything smells so fresh. My bathrooms are quite literally shining. We've been using B&B Worthing for almost 5 years and continue to be really happy with their services. Carla and her team are friendly and professional and Charlie, Tracy and Hollie, who do a fantastic job taking care of our home, are a pleasure to have around. Carla gets the attention to detail required to really make a home Bright & Beautiful. If any issues do occasionally arise then they are managed efficiently. Yes, a managed service is more expensive but the business is run ethically and fairly and we have peace of mind in the security of our home and those spending time in it.
