Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good evening meal.
Needed some background music in the bar. Noisy heating in bedroom started early morning.

Exceptional
The staff made us very welcome. Had a problem with the room as wanted a twin bedded one and was given a double one . This was soon sorted . The reception staff looked after our bags whilst they solved the room situation and even gave us vouchers for the bar as compensation.
