Lexus Bolton have been outstanding. From my first phone call to see & test drive through to picking up my new car. Damian (sales ) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. He listened to what car I needed & also offered me a test drive the same day.( not all garages do that as they usually say they haven’t got any automatics). Damian kept me up to date with everything. On the day I picked up my car all the staff were really nice & couldn’t do enough for me. When I got to garage I looked around the car park to have a Quick Look at my new car but couldn’t find it to my surprise the car was behind closed glass panel with a red bow on it. Really nice gesture from Lexus Bolton. I was over the moon when I saw it I would recommend Lexus Bolton for any Lexus vehicle. I would like to thank Damian for his help & I absolutely love my new LBX. Only had the car 1 day & people are saying how much they love it. I have got the yellow one.

A first time for my cat to be groomed but this was a first rate experience for us both. Mabel feels cleaner! Looks cleaner! Smells cleaner! And so much happier. More than happy to take her back in a few months to keep on top of her coat and nails. 💅

Called down this morning they tested why car wasn't working it turned out to be the battery, left car with them they also sorted coolant reservoir as leaking great fast service top lads and prices. Remembering Keeping business local.

was a very nice stay, breakfast was filling and yummy and the whole hotel was clean and spacious but…when we got into the room the air con was on but barely blowing cold air around thank god we had a fan or we would’ve sweated!! the window wouldn’t open either so we couldn’t get fresh air and the tv wouldn’t go any higher than 35 in volume so we could barely hear the tv. i don’t know if it was because our air con was broken but if it was we should’ve got told but we were just waiting for the air con to kick in all night.
