Lovely Theatre. Very friendly and helpful staff. They served everyone quickly in the Interval and the refurbishment is great. The show , A Christmas Carol was excellent.

I have been having PT sessions with Connor now for 3 months and I have progressed so much both mentally and physically. Connor has pushed me to my limits during sessions to make sure that I have hit my goals whilst still checking in on me everyday. We have a laugh during sessions whilst also making sure the hard work gets done. Connor is so passionate to share his knowledge and will alter the sessions to include anything I feel I might need to work on. The changes to both my mental health and physical health have been so noticeable from my own perspective and others and I could not have done it without Connor😊

The Gym is always clean and in order, and the PT & Staff working there are professional, willing to help and most importantly approachable!
