Been coming to this gym for over a year now, but started with Connor as my PT in September last year, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Since starting my sessions I’ve learnt so much and grown in so many ways. He’s taught me so much not just in the gym but about myself and how much I can actually achieve. He’s so supportive and understanding and pushes me every session to achieve things I didn’t think I could 6 months ago. He genuinely has so much knowledge about what he does, and teaches me new things every session. He genuinely cares about you as his client and wants to support you. Always checks in to make sure you’re on track and is always there for support. I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done over the last few months, can’t wait for this year to see what else I can achieve with him!

The gym is my second home and it was Chantelle who made me fall in love with the gym again. I have been training with Chantelle since August and I’ve never looked back. She is kind, professional and her gym knowledge is incredible (don’t get me wrong she will beast you and make you work hard) but she is a true inspiration and the gym are very lucky to have her! She has helped me smash so many goals and made me a stronger person both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to see where the rest of our journey takes us! Thank you Chantelle..

We’ve recently sold our home and had the pleasure of dealing with Rebekah Jenkins who managed our very turbulent sale, she was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Extremely responsive, always there to answer any questions we have and was very informative. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I didn’t have much faith in conveyancing solicitors after my previous dealings with another firm however ADK Law have changed my view on that and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell/buy a property!
