Northampton Bright & Beautiful (definitely not!)
Don't ever use these people. Worst cleaning job!! They do not deserve the 1 star given to them. Poor service and complete waste of the £176 paid. They are scam artists. They took advantage of my vulnerable parents. Very disappointed with the unprofessional careless clean. Avoid at all costs.
Would not recommend. I have had to spend many hours completing the clean they were paid to carry out. STAY AWAY!

Took full advantage of the pool during our 2 night stay, couldn't get my daughter out 😁. Lovely and warm.
Breakfast was delicious and staff were super efficient and friendly.
Zoe Leyland was especially kind and friendly!!
The only slight let down was the numerous new houses being built in close proximity to the hotel. It's a shame the wide open space has gone. However, would definately stay again.

I booked Booths for my Boiler service. After the boiler was serviced, I showed Kris my faulty toilet flush. We arranged the appointment for the toilet flush to be fixed. The day before the appointment, out of courtesy, he rang to inform he would be running a little late which was much appreciated. On arrival, although it wasn't a straight forward job as other problems had to be fixed first but he was persistent and completed the job. In future, I will use and would highly recommend Booths to everyone. Organised, courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here lots of times, always friendly staff and a nice surprise that it’s dog friendly. But at £20 per dog per night, maybe won’t take them again! Though plenty of walks behind the back of the hotel

What an amazing venue for a Wedding! It absolutely ticked all of our boxes in the planning of our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to be close to home, with a hall big enough for all of our guests as well as a huge dance floor and with plenty of hotel rooms for our out of town guests to stay in! Jacqueline, Stuart, Lindsay and all of the team have been helpful beyond words! They have gone above and beyond to make this special day such an enjoyable experience for all of us. Nothing has been too much trouble and they catered to our every need. We can’t praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you all so much for enhancing our celebrations.

Lovely place couple of issues with spa not smelling to good apart from that lovely stay and staff excellent and very friendly food nice but average need not more variety but pleasant again staff in restaurant especially older gentleman in charge amazing made are evening so nice

Great customer service. I took a new vehicle in which was bought from another dealer days earlier with a fault that was not covered by warranty. Helen in service @ Lexus Bolton took care of the repair on behalf of the other dealer. I arrived 15 minites early for a whilst you wait repair and they had me on my way before the booking the actual booking time. You can see customer care is a no.1 priority!
