I initially booked a test drive with Sales advisor Bimal Chohan who was absolutely shocking as once we arrived at the dealership he said the car was unavailable even though his colleague confirmed there would be 2 of the same vehicles available with different drive trains.

However, after speaking to Wesley and him organising an appointment with the lovely Laura who took her time showing us the vehicle and allowed us ample opportunity to test drive it.

Excellent venue where you really feel close to the actors, surrounding the stage.

Our recent trip was to watch A Christmas Carol, which was fabulous - one of the best shows we've ever seen.

We love putting money into local theatres, but I feel the proving here makes it inaccessible to young people - ticket prices were £28 for children (£35 for adults) and two beers, two kids drinks and 3 pasties were £28...it made a mockery of the bucket collection and plea for donations to make the arts accessible for children at the end.

At those prices (similar prices paid at the Lowry, in Manchester, and even in London for some shows, I fear that great local theatre is dying out.

Still fantastic, but such a shame it's priced as it is (as a result I saw very little children and the stalls seemed to be filled largely by what appeared to be retired theatre-goers).

Always a lovely experience in this gorgeous, intimate theatre. A thoroughly enjoyable interpretation of a Christmas Carol made fun and engaging by the multi-talented cast. Some care needed with the acoustics, using mics is great when it's performed in the round but the instruments can drown out the vocal at times..

Spent our Christmas Eve 2022 watching the Christmas Carol here. We had a wonderful evening. Excellent creative twist on the Christmas Carol. Fantastic production, it was clear the cast had put their heart and sole into it. Even the lady standing in at short notice (who had a beautiful voice). The modernisation and investment has made a clear improvement. We are looking forward to our next visit ☺️

Went to see a Christmas Carol on Christmas Eve. Whilst staying almost true to the original , it was a wonderful refreshing new take on the story. Excellent actors who encourage audience participation to make an enjoyable night. Octagon staff very friendly and helpful. Running to middle of January, so highly recommended if tickets still available.

Went to The Octagan for the first time since the rebuild to watch Scrooge The Musical and had a fabulous Christmas Eve afternoon! The theatre itself is absolutely fantastic, very modern and accessible for people with disabilities like me. The show was absolutely amazing, the actors were superb and the music brilliant. Our favourite part was the ghost of Christmas present, I thought my partner was going to steel the dress at one point 😂 Seriously thought, well done everyone and we will definitely support our local theatre more in the future! Merry Christmas 🎅

We booked a room and wanted a bath in it, but the one we booked didn't have one. The receptionist changed our room to one with a bath no problem.
The room was very nice. The bed was awesome and very comfy.
The site itself is beautiful. It's actually a small village with shops, bar, pub and restaurant. The buildings are all beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay. I'll be going back.
