We stayed at the Village Hotel in Cosham. Possibly the smallest hotel room we have ever had! Nowhere to put clothes that don’t hang and our case had to go in front of the door or on the bed - so not ideal for the 2 night stay we had planned. Absolutely hated the bathroom - whilst there was a courtesy button that obscured two of the three panes of glass - felt very exposed - not nice! On the plus side, we had two very good nights sleep. Breakfast was passable and the price was fairly good for high season.

The Resort is very nice, the facilities good and the Pub we had a meal in was also good. However our Room in the Courtyard was not up to standard, with clothes from a previous guest left in the Wardrobe and the general cleanliness of the room below average, possibly due to the staff not being more diligent whilst cleaning it

While I rate Lexus for reliability, the reason my wife and I have changed and paid a bit more for this brand is the excellent service at their Bolton garage. Henry Gill, our salesman, has always been prepared to go the extra mile to help, so the buying experience has been tops. Even more importantly, the reviews of the garage re workshop service and quality of work are excellent. Having been let down by Land Rover tech service, I trust Lexus. So a good experience and highly recommended. We now have an UX and NX plug in hybrid.

I enjoyed my stay at Bolton Stadium Hotel and can thoroughly recommend for short and lomger stays.
Buffet Breakfast was of exceptional variety and quality, with great, obliging, friendly staff, as were the Bar staff and Room attendants who excellent especially Connor and Tatiana. Reception were very efficient, co-operative and helpful. considering any disruptions caused by the name change. The largest shopping area in the country is in walking distance close by with a variety of shops a products. In all, a very pleasant stay, in the very beautiful surroundings of Horwich and Rivington area, close to Bolton with MotorwIays to all points of the country close by for ease and speed of access.
The absence of a fridge and safe for visitor use in the room was a bit concerning for a regular traveler, but nothing else impaired a my 12 day stay.
