Friendly staff, good service, clean rooms, excellent spa treatments. I would return again and definitely book myself in for a back massage. Best aspect of break and the food was good quality. Enjoyed the break

We went for a one night stay in a cottage room, room was great size and very clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for you very friendly. Although we found drinks a little expensive you do however expect this when going.

Lovely hotel. Rooms clean. Nice gym, spa and pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding walks are beautiful. If you want a certain massage though book early as I couldn't get the one I wanted a week before.
We were really impressed with the food this was included in the stay so we thought it would be basic but it wasn't, really tasty and lovely presentation, dinner and breakfast. Best meal we have had in ages! Hence the 5 stars.
Would be nice to have water in the gym as I had to get it from the toilet tap. Also the hot tub looks over the carpark and a building site which is not great.

Excellent - we have stayed here about 4 times now. The food this time was incredible the previous times have been nice but this time was outstanding. The beef dish was beautiful! Reception checked us in quick room nice, spa pool brilliant. Adien in the pub was a diamond we came in as the bar was just about to close but still served us with a smile and made us feel so welcome, excellent customer service!

I bought a new Euro barrel from them a couple of weeks ago, and was given re-assuring reports about my purchase from the young man ; who served me. However, I went back a few days later to buy a similar unit; which was out of stock. The same young man told me a different story, the sevond time I visited. I am not sure whether he knew what he was talking about; as the fisrt time, he gave me the manufacturers spec; the second visit; he gave me his spec!
Unfortunately, I am not as confudent with this business as I previously was!

Used this place twice now and had a great experience both times! The staff are lovely with great customer service, the prices are very decent and they take hardly any time at all! They had changed a broken brake light in 10 minutes for me and this time round got me in for a full service and had it done in under 2 hours. Thank you for helping me with my hypochondriac car and I'll be sure not to ring the bell 50 times next time!

A little gem of a Country hotel between Leeds and Manchester. Spacious rooms, delightful staff, amazing spa facilities (free but you can also pay for treatments). Beautiful location.Would visit again.
