Salt - great for helping in the snow, but salt corrosion can damage your car

Most of us have now tired of the snow and would like to see the back of it!

But although you will have been warned to take extra care on snow and ice, there is another danger that you may not have considered - the effect of salt residue on your car bodywork.

No doubt your car will be particularly dirty due to all the salt and grit that has been spread on the roads, and all the spray from that slushy snow!

You may be thinking there's no point in having your car cleaned yet, but don't delay for too long as salt can be highly corrosive, and can damage your car if left for long periods.

To protect your vehicle from premature corrosion, it really is a good idea to have your vehicle washed on a regular basis to remove the damaging salt residue.

If you know of a great car cleaning company in the Bradford area, let me know about it!
