We've finally started the foundations on this project.  We've been appointed to design a car mechanics workshop above a the North London railway.  It's been an intresting process going through the beauracy of Network Railway. 

We've been working with Ramboll a structural and civil engineering firm to design a building which is lightweight and won't compromise the integretity of the tunnels.  After 1 year of negotiations, we finally started work on site in January 2010.  Last we started to put the foundations in.

The engineers were able to design a foundation with hollowed out concrete, in affect the foundations were cast in footballs to make the slab light. 

We hope to finish the foundations and superstructure by end of August and the project 2 months after that.
