A few weeks ago Over 200 people came to a funeral of a much loved person in the Tottenham and I had been requested to provide catering for this sad occasion –
It was a privilege to be asked however I was wondering how to turn this sad occasion into a brilliant farewell
So I decided to go for 10 special dishes specially made not only for the occasion but also to cheer over 200 people who were attending ... this normally is hard work for me however I was determined to make everyone happy.
After the event I was overwhelmed by the response I received from hundreds of people – and this made my effort worthwhile -
