Search Folders and Smart Mailboxes
This week's tip is all about a great way to find your email quickly.
If you have lots of folders where you have filed email, you may find that you have filed email from the same person into different folders. When you want to find that person's emails you have to trawl through all your folders or do a search.
Well Smart Mailboxes in Apple Mail and Search Folders in Outlook do this for you.
