Organised in partnership with Bridgend Communities First, Halo Leisure and Show Racism the Red Card, this hate crime football tournament will be held on Thursday 21 August 2014 from 10am - 2pm at Ogmore Valley Life Centre.

Hate crimes are any crimes that are targeted at a person because of hostility or prejudice towards that person’s disability, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation or transgender identity. Through football, young children will realise what hate crime is and how to stop it.

At a previous Show the Red Card workshop in July, young people said “...you should never judge a book by its cover.

Free to all children registered onto Halo Leisure's summer playscheme at Ogmore Valley Life Centre, book a place by calling the centre, T: 0300 012 1223 (option 5).
