Bridgend Communities First offering Tai Chi training course starting in Evergreen Hall 31 October 2014
Bridgend Communities First is organising a Tai Chi Train the Trainer six week course with Sundragon.
Starting Friday 31 October 2014 from 10 - 11.30am, classes will be held in the Evergreen Hall - Angel Street, Bridgend, CF31 4AD.
Tai Chi can help your balance and general psychological health. This six week easy to learn course will award participants a licence to teach the programme (conditions apply).
