I had not been to the café for over a year - last visit around May 2017. Something about the space changed. It felt more welcoming, upmarket and buzzy. Love the coffee, alternatives to dairy and cake range - and reasonably priced.

It's really friendly and relaxed and the cafe is very reasonably priced. The cakes are really tasty and there is always a gluten free option available. I like coming for breakfast before work sometimes

The Brighthelm Centre's cafe do the most awesome sandwiches and they're good value for money. Service in there is nice and friendly too. It's a very handy place to grab a good inexpensive lunch if you're out and about in town.

Great venue with loads of things to do! Lovely cafe for a coffee or bite to eat, massive amount of space for corporate or social events, and a peaceful garden in the heart of the city. Really helpful and friendly staff! There is almost always something interesting happening at Brighthelm! Top marks!
