Dementia affects so many people all over the country there are over 4000 people in Bromley itself who live with dementia. The council are trying to improve the care and experience of those who have the condition as a key priority.
Bromley Council are supporting a national campaign run by the Alzheimer's Society and Public Health England to encourage people to become Dementia Friends. Dementia Friends all about learning a bit more about the condition and then turning that understanding into action.
