I spotted a lovely day out listed on thebestof Bromley's Events pages, not only a chance to get out and make the most of our encroaching autumn, but also to occupy the whole family for the afternoon.
The High Elms Country Park Open Day is open to all, and showcases traditional woodland crafts, local produce and countryside information. On top of this, there will also be a wealth of activities for all the family, including quizzes, games and fun stuff to do.
From 12pm to 4pm on Sunday 25th September, visitors to High Elms Country Park will really be given the chance to enjoy this beautiful place, and I for one will be heading down there.
So if you're looking for something local to do this Sunday, head down to Shire Lane - at this rate prepared for both rain and shine!
