How to treat your Mum this Mother's Day!

Goodness that's come around quickly again! Mothering Sunday is coming up in a few short weeks so get prepared, plan early and be sure to give your Mum a Mother's Day to remember!

Making a meal of it

If you can't stretch to much of a gift, then spending time with your Mum is something she's sure to be more than happy with. Why not offer to cook her a meal (and that includes doing all the washing up afterwards!!!) There are so many great quick & easy recipes out there, a simple search online of her favourite ingredients is sure to reap rewards.

If home cooking isn't your thing, and you're up for taking Mum out for a treat (and save both of you having to think about the washing up!) there are so many options in the Borough, you really are spoilt for choice. Whether it's an afternoon tea treat at the Lavender House, a gastropub extravaganza at The British Queen, a feast of French fayre at La Rascasse or Italian delights at Ferrari's, Bromley Borough has restaurants aplenty and something for everyone. We love The Coney too, and are delighted it's re-opened, so if you've not been down there since, now's the perfect time!

We're very lucky to have an excellent theatre on our doorstep, with West End standard shows on all the time. So treat Mum to a night at The Churchill Theatre - there's a cracking season of shows ahead.
