Planning for your special day is probably one of the biggest undertakings you'll ever encounter. Bromley Court Hotel give some pointers on making your wedding catering a hit:
There are so many factors that need to be considered when you're planning a wedding; from the dress to the flowers to the venue and the catering. With so many different elements to bring together, making the right choice with the food is up there with the most important of them.
Many would have differences of opinion on what's the most important element of a wedding. I go for the angle that the vows are the most important, closely followed by the food! Getting your wedding catering right means bearing in mind many influential factors.
Firstly, think about the season in which your wedding is taking place.
For obvious reasons, the most popular time of year to get married is summer time, with its warmer days and mild evenings (if all goes to plan!). So if you are getting married between the months of June and September the you should definitely consider the option of dining al fresco (although a wet weather back up should always be in place should the British weather let you down!)
