Using Film Testimonials - by Ivan Reffell from thebestofbromley
Nearly all businesses are looking forward to meeting their next new prospect. You have a great service or product and now all you have to do is let your new prospect know about you and your business.
If you are already doing a great job for your clients, in theory finding new clients should get easier but sometimes you might find the same objections are holding up your sales pipeline process.
We have learnt that using our past clients positive experiences are a powerful way to help over come those objections by using testimonials on your web site. The more sceptical amongst us might think that these could be exaggerated and perhaps slightly over state your claims or message.
So what if you could commit your testimonials to film?
Do you have the sort of relationship with your clients where they would be happy to say on film how good your service is?
Well there is only one way to find out and that is to meet your customers and ask. It’s a bold move and you will find out more than you think. Your clients will be happy to let you know what they think about your service and it will give you a great insight to your business that perhaps you would never have had before.
With the aid of a flip film device I went around the Bromley Borough to visit our customers. They were happy if not a little uneasy to provide me with some film testimonials. The results were more rewarding than I could have imagined and I would like to share the testimonials with you. The film can be found on YouTube by clicking here.
I would like to than Chris from Linkway Scooters, Pam from Mulberry Hair Design, Ken from Kent County Cricket venue hire and Steve from Rutland builders. You can find them all on thebestofbromley website; they truly are the best in Bromley.
