Founded in 2011 by Niel Cope, an HR Director with 20 years experience to provide businesses, of all sizes, with a cost-effective and superior outsourced HR solution. The flagship package is aimed at Exceptional Businesses who are growing and need to ensure that everyone in the business is working to achieve business objectives, their staff are engaged, performing at their best and have strong professional leadership choose this “hands on” partnership package led by People Matters’ Managing Director to partner you to manage and develop your people. This option provides you with all of the above but has the added benefits outlined below to really help your business move forward.
Inclusive on-site work to support your Business. The team agree what is required and your own HR Business Partner will work at your premises typically supporting managers undertaking sickness absence reviews, performance management, appraisals, carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations, or appeals and supporting your managers and staff with day to day HR related advice.
Our Managing Director will provide regular leadership and HR management training for all existing and new leaders and those people managing staff.
Niel and the team will also undertake Organisational Development work with you to help to build a strong, focused and high performing organisation.
We can write Settlement Agreements if required for staff exiting the business which reduces solicitors cost.
This option has an inclusive insurance policy against losses at tribunal by provided by AXA.
As this is such a comprehensive package it attracts a two year contractual commitment.
All of these options can include one of the Health and Safety support packages alongside it to ensure maximum protection for your business.
