After learning my airbnb stay ended in 1 week time, he prioritised my background check automatically, writing me about where to fill in the form, and calling me to make sure I understand the urgency of submitting the information ASAP. I finally secure the place in time, avoiding more expense to extend my airbnb stay.

After changing letting agent to Belvoir I have found them to be the most helpful and understanding with problems that may arise Always make time for you Given me the best service possible and initially were recommended to me by a colleague who also rated them very highly. Andrew in the Belvoir Bury Office has been brilliant. Problem with the plumbing emailed Andrew and he's been on the ball all day ... Even though it was a drainage problem the plumber was out quickly & now we await the Drainage Guys ... Andrew followed everything up and kept in contact! Thanks Andrew well done!

Belvoir have let a property for me for the past 8 or 9 years and I have been very happy with the service provided from advertising the property when vacant, arranging the vetting of tenants and managing all aspects of letting the property including maintenance and problem solving for a reasonable monthly fee.
Having decided to sell the property I appointed Belvoir as the estate agent and again they provided an excellent service from start to finish by producing a great advert, quickly finding a buyer and answering all sale enquiries with both sets of solicitors promptly. I would highly recommend using Belvoir for either letting or selling a property.
