I cannot recommend Belvoir enough. If you are lucky enough to be working with Sue Blackmore, you will know that she's extremely prompt and timely in her communications. As a first-time buyer, I'm really finding that Sue's experience and knowledge in the sector is helping my very time-sensitive purchase come along nicely. She is essentially serving as a bridge communicator between myself, the seller and our solicitors in order to drive this sale along very efficiently. After the horror stories I've read about other EA's, I think I'm very lucky!
The guy who showed me around the house was also really lovely - a welcome breath of fresh air after many unsatisfactory experiences with other EA's in the area who had no clue about the house. This company obviously had a direct relationship with the vendor and were happy to ask him any further questions on my behalf as well as to give me context and history of the property, something none of the other EAs were able to do.

Selling a family home of nearly 50 years was never going to be easy, but Becky & Sue helped a lot. They were our one constant source of information and help throughout a rather long, and at times frustrating (for them as well as us) process. They are polite & professional. They listen to what you say & genuinely care.

This is the first time we've sold a property and only approached one agent for a quote to do the job. We chose Belvoir because they were local to the area and had vast experience in the type of property we were selling. Our trust in them was totally justified. Sue and Becky were the perfect professionals throughout. We achieved an early sale at a good price and they provided significant help to us during the conveyancing process assisting the solicitors to come to exchange and completion with no undue delay.
