All the staff I dealt with were very helpful from the lady I booked the appointment with in the showroom, the man that came to measure and show me samples to the man that installed them.

Brighter Blinds are a fantastic company to order blinds from. We have just had a blind consultant from Brighter Blinds visit our project to give us a quote to fit some blinds for two young people. He was extremely helpful, professional and efficient when surveying the rooms. We are a residential Barnardo’s project and we accommodate young care leavers aged 16-18 years old.
We have just been informed that Brighter Blinds are going to provide us with and fit the blinds free of charge which we very much appreciate. We are a charity and have a limited budget so it will really help us and our young people. It is acts of kindness such as this that remind you there are kind and caring people out there – and it has shown us that Brighter Blinds care very much about their clients and will help if needed.

Brighter blinds fitted my new Venetian blinds in our brand new conservatory, the customer service was exceptional and the boys worked hard to make sure the blinds were fitted quickly and properly. Many thanks for supplying a replacement window mechanism without charge for the blinds we purchased from you last year. The blinds continue to provide exactly what we hoped for and are in daily use.
